I have been a dedicated customer of Jones & Co for 8 years, after a friend’s recommendation, and I can’t recommend the experience enough. It feels great to be supported by kind and attentive professionals with trying different styles of glasses & sunglasses. My most recent experience involved an excellent eye test from Priynka followed by a brilliant consultation with Jess. Sam was great with fitting my new frames & Deepal was a delight in making me feel confident with my decision. Jones & Co always have a wide range of quality & stylish brands, much better than the high street, in my opinion. Two years ago, Gareth went the extra mile for me when my prescription from other opticians were not right; the customer service was outstanding. I have been a customer with many of the Jones & Co team, including Gareth, and I always feel I have received a consistent quality service at great value.

I was really bored with high street eyewear and found Jones and Co by asking someone where they got their unique glasses from. As soon as I walked in I knew I was in the right place! The customer service and attention to detail is second to none, and I’m so pleased with my new frames. You can really tell the difference even down to the lenses about the high quality of the glasses.

I have had some quite bad experiences with high street opticians and thought I’d give Jones and Co. a go and I was not disappointed. They have a huge range of unique and bespoke frames as well as the ability to make you feel comfortable and relaxed during the process. Incredible service from start to finish! I walked out of Vision Express after being hounded to purchase a pair of frames that I wasn’t too keen on. Horrible pushy experience…. which led me to Jones and Co. on King Street.
I made my styling appointment and spoke to a lovely lady that talked me through the process and what to expect on the day.
My optician Mark was amazing at picking out elements of my personality to match a range of frames that would look great on me.
Each set of frames was truly unique and had the potential to match my style, but in the end we settled on the Theo eyewear you can see in my photo.
Needless to say, I LOVE THEM! I wear them all the time now. I’ve had wonderful feedback and compliments on them. As a spectacle’s wearer of many decades, I had been to a LOT of opticians before discovering this Myopia Utopia. Truly a next level experience! I can’t see a thing without my glasses, so I need lots of help choosing frames. The staff at Jones and Co make the frame choice process really enjoyable. I recently collected my second pair (some blue Anne and Valentin round beauties!) and I am delighted. Jones and Co also transformed my first frame into prescription sunglasses #wastenotwantnot. Jones And Co. have been adorning my face with beautiful spectacles for more than a decade. My husband is the one who introduced me but never get in himself to also be adorned! We recently visited Jones And Co. to get him some glasses and Gareth looked after us. Gareth is exceptional at what he does. The service is highly personable, thorough and expert attention to details, so much so that I too came away with sunglasses I hadn’t planned on!

I have been a client of Jones & Co for I think 20 years. The service – eye examination, fabulous style and choice of frames, and amazing support and advice in helping you choose just gets better and better. I take my hat off to the team who are all outstanding in their expertise and customer service. If they were in the Olympics they would deservedly win gold every time I visit.
